Your access to EZDrop™ is subject to the following terms, and your obligations under this Agreement survive its termination:

- Provide us with true, current, and complete information;
- Not misrepresent your identity;
- Access this portal solely for the purpose of providing information related to a claim
We have the right to terminate your access to EZDrop™ or block any transaction made under your login information without prior notice and for any reason.
You agree not to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature.
The ownership of data is not altered by this Agreement. All intellectual property rights in the portal or services remain the sole and exclusive property of Liberty Mutual.
We will not be liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the EZDrop™ or related services or otherwise arising under this Agreement.
Liberty Mutual records the domain name, IP address and browser type of portal visitors. This information is used internally for security purposes and to show activity and trends of our site usage. We may share information provided to us in the normal business of conducting insurance operations.
You agree to defend us, indemnify us, and hold us harmless, against any and all third party claims, lawsuits, settlements, judgments, costs, fines, penalties, losses, liabilities and expenses which might arise from your access to and use of the portal.
EZDROP™ IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE SERVICE, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to EZDrop™ must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
This Agreement and your use of EZDrop™ will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such provision.
